Reasonable expenses would include the cost of referencing the new tenant, carrying our right to rent checks, dealing with deposit registration, creating any new inventory required and the preparation and signature of new legal documents.

If you request any variation to the the terms of the tenancy agreement after it has been signed which we agree to, we are entitiled to make a charge up to £50 per agreed variation.

If rent is unpaid for more than 14 days, we will be entitled to charge interest at 3% pa above the Bank of England base rate, until the rent is paid
