In the event a tenant(s) needs to vacate in an emergency, during an ongoing tenancy. Any new tenants(s) replacing will be charged an administration fee of £75.00 (non-refundable) – This covers the preparation of tenancy agreements, reference collection, right to rent checks, landlord and tenant negotiations and registering the deposit in a government regulated tenancy scheme.

Inventory costs are halved, between the landlord and tenants and are as follows:
1 bed - £90 | 2 bed - £120 | 3 bed - £140 | 4 bed - £160

Robert Anthony Property charges an administration fee of £25.00 In the event a tenant(s) wishes to renew their tenancy agreement, for the preparation of a new contract and any subsequent right to rent checks.

If instructed to manage or collect rent for a client, as per the tenancy agreement, Robert Anthony Property charges an administration fee of £50.00, when a tenant(s) is in arrears for over ten days. This is for any written or verbal correspondence, in relation to recovery of rent for our client.

 Robert Anthony Property reserves the right to charge an administration fee of £30.00 for any missed pre-arranged appointments with tenants, unless cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled meeting.

After the first hour of attendance, Robert Anthony Property reserves the right to charge the tenant an administration fee of £30.00 and then a further £30.00 for every additional hour on site. For meeting and waiting for contractors, when a tenant confirms they are not able to give access.

Robert Anthony Property charges an administration fee of £30.00 for replacing lost or damaged keys.
Robert Anthony Property reserves the right to charge any tenant or anyone seeking general property advice (non legal) a fee of £30.00 after the first fifteen minutes and a further £30.00 for every further fifteen minutes
